Software Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a vibrant, young and detailed trainer, you will provide technical training to users in the most simple and user friendly way. During the training sessions, you will share your expertise on the use of Edves Platform in ways that will motivate users to explore and use the platform.

Responsibilities

• Give updates to users on the latest upgrades on the platform
• Schedule and conduct training sessions for users
• Liaise with account managers and sales executives to determine training needs of users
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct webinars, onsite and online trainings/workshops
• Prepare training materials (FAQ, Manuals, Video)
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep log of training attendance
• Manage training budgets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement on the system

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organization skills
• Decision-making skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Public speaking skills
• Good use of Microsoft Office Suite, Computer-based-training software and other related applications
• Experience using screen recording and video conferencing tools
• Passionate, driven, self confident and focused
• Strong interest in education technology
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently
• Ability to think strategically and add value to existing processes
• Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
