We are looking for a vibrant, young and detailed trainer, you will provide technical training to users in the most simple and user friendly way. During the training sessions, you will share your expertise on the use of Edves platform in ways that will motivate users to explore and use the platform. This is a need based role and remuneration is subject to number of trainings conducted.
• Conduct training sessions for users
• Liaise with account managers and sales executives to determine training needs of users
• Conduct webinars, onsite and online trainings/workshops
• Keep log of training attendance
• Manage training budgets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement on the system
